You were charged incorrectly or for a duplicate purchase.

2. Subscription Services Refund Policy

For subscription-based services, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

You cancel within 48 hours of purchase and have not used the service.
There is a billing error on our part.

Cancellations after the trial period or renewal of a subscription are not eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel future billings at any time.
